Dauphine of France by Chpi Dauphine of France by Chpi
A portrait of Marie-Antoinette when she arrived in Versailles to marry Louis XVI become Dauphine of France... I imagine her so cuute :giggle:

The drawing was done with a simple pencil and then colored with Paint tool SAI.

It is sad that Marie-Antoinette's head was chopped off. Damn revolutionaries.

so soft coloring, it feels almost all pencil, even if it's digital colored. really sweet and calm. <3

Very nice drawing. And timely! May 14th is the anniversary of when Marie Antoinette came into France in 1770 at age 14 to marry the Dauphin.

Great timing! :D Hope you will add to your Petit Trianon collection by drawing the older Queen after the Vigee LeBrun portraits - perhaps en Gaulle or a la rose :)
